Where are your products manufactured?
All products are manufactured in Finsbury Park, North London. We’ve lived in London for our entire lives and will only ever use UK garment manufacturers.
Where do you source your fabrics?
This has to be kept a secret. Our fabrics are all bought from UK retailers and have been shipped from a variety of international locations. Some of our shirting for Collection 0 retails for £17 per meter. We only buy the best.
What is the standard fit of Candy Cartel clothes?
Our clothes are all slim fit. Please pay close attention to the individual sizing guides provided here. Each sizing guide has been tested rigorously and differs from piece to piece to give the most accurate sizing information. It is very important you measure yourself as instructed by the sizing guide before your purchase. This will avoid time and money wasted on exchanges!
Where is the sizing information?
On the product page of each garment there is a link to the sizing guide. On this page find the garments you want to purchase and check you fit each one individually.
What are the washing instructions for Candy Cartel products?
Please be very careful when washing your clothes. Make sure you wash at 30 degrees on a low spin cycle. Do not tumble dry. These measures should ensure no shrinkage or other wear to the fabrics we use. There are detailed instructions in the care label inside the clothes. Do you provide spare buttons for shirts?
We will include 2 thick spare buttons with every shirt purchase, as we understand the wear that these shirts will go through.
When will my products be dispatched?
If you order before 1pm we can guarantee same day dispatch. Otherwise it will be dispatched the day after you order. We want you to receive your clothes as fast as possible – there will never be a delay in dispatch.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
In mainland UK we ship by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. The postal system is unfortunately something we cannot control but your order should be with you within 5 working days if you are in the UK.
Europe (including Ireland), North America, and Rest of World all have the choice of Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Standard. We must advise that any issues, including non-arrival of product, using the standard service are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use tracked shipping as the safest option. For accurate delivery estimations (including tracking numbers) or queries please email email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If I live outside the UK will I have to pay customs duty?
There is a chance you will have to pay customs duty and import VAT. This is the responsibility of the customer as dictated in the T&C.
Do you give refunds?
All sales are final – we do not offer refunds. We do accept exchanges. Please see the more detailed information on our terms and conditions here.
How do I exchange an item?
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will arrange the exchange within 24 hours.
