All sales are final – refunds will not be accepted.
Exchanges will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received. Shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent back within 7 days, unused and in original sale-able condition.
To exchange a product please email email@example.com . Instructions will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. All exchanges require proof of purchase – make sure you save this.
Please retain proof of postage in the case that the goods do not arrive. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process the exchange.
Candy Cartel’s clothing is extremely fitted – to ensure you get the right size please see the sizing guide here. Exchanges due to incorrect fit follow the same protocol as all other exchanges described above – refunds will not be accepted.
All mainland UK packages are posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded. These orders take 1-5 days. Orders outside the UK can take up to 2 weeks. We ship worldwide.
Shipping outside mainland UK will vary. To get a shipping method not offered on our site please contact us - we'll be happy to arrange it.
For customers outside the UK: all import charges or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and should be researched by the individual before purchase.
Any region outside mainland UK is offered the choice between Royal Mail Standard and Tracked delivery. Any loss, damage, delay, or other issue with the delivery when using this option is the responsibility of the customer. Candy Cartel cannot control the postal service and we advise all customers to use Tracked delivery to ensure safe delivery.
